2. 앱에서 처리할 수 있는 정보

실제 제공되지 않거나 사용자가 시작하지 않은 기능의 자료를 앱이 임의로 수집하지 않습니다.
3. 로컬 저장과 보호
장부, 영수증 구조화 정보, Business·FlowTwin 업무자료와 선택한 근거는 앱의 보호 저장공간에 저장됩니다. 지원되는 자료는 Apple CryptoKit, Security·Keychain과 기기 Data Protection을 사용해 보호합니다. 인터넷, CloudKit 또는 AI를 사용할 수 없어도 로컬 핵심 기능이 작동하도록 설계합니다.
4. 선택형 iCloud·CloudKit

5. 선택형 Outlook 연결

이미 발행된 업무 문서나 감사 기록은 원본을 조용히 덮어쓰거나 지우는 대신 정정·취소·보관·복원 이력을 사용할 수 있습니다. 법률·회계상 보존이 필요한 경우 앱은 삭제가 제한되는 이유를 표시해야 합니다. 사용자가 Files, 이메일 또는 다른 앱으로 내보낸 사본은 해당 위치에서 별도로 삭제해야 합니다.

2. 取り扱う情報

3. 保存と保護
対応するデータはアプリの保護領域に保存され、Apple CryptoKit、Security・KeychainおよびData Protectionを用いて保護されます。インターネット、CloudKitまたはAIが利用できない場合でも、ローカルの主要機能を維持する設計です。
4. 任意のiCloud・CloudKit

6. 権限
カメラ・写真選択はレシート入力、Face ID・端末認証はロック解除、カレンダーは利用者が選んだ休日・休業日・業務予定の読み取り専用表示、通知は利用者が有効にした期限通知に使用します。カレンダーの追加・変更・削除は行いません。権限はiOS設定で変更できます。
7. 購入と第三者
AppleがApp Storeでの購入、決済、返金、復元を処理します。ERPIGEONはApple Accountのパスワードや完全なカード情報を受け取りません。Outlookを接続した場合はMicrosoftが認証とトークンキャッシュを処理します。
8. ウェブサイト
本サイトはCloudflare Pagesで配信します。広告・分析スクリプト、追跡Cookie、サーバー送信型フォームはありません。配信とセキュリティのため、CloudflareがIPアドレス、時刻、ブラウザ情報などの技術ログを一時的に処理する場合があります。
9. 保持、書き出し、削除
ローカルデータは利用者がアプリ内で削除するかアプリを削除するまで端末に残る場合があります。発行済み文書や監査記録は黙って上書きせず、訂正・取消・保管・復元履歴を用います。Files、メール、他のアプリへ書き出したコピーは保存先で削除してください。プライバシーまたは削除の支援はメールでお問い合わせください。実際のレシート、口座情報、パスワード、取引先原本を送らないでください。

1. Summary
ERPIGEON, previously developed under the name L'addition, is a local-first personal settlement and business-management app. Receipt recognition, calculations, ledgers, and core business records are processed on the device. We do not sell personal information or use advertising SDKs to track people across other companies' apps or websites.
Optional Business, FlowTwin, CloudKit sync, and Outlook reading features operate only when they are available in the installed version and the user explicitly enables them.
2. Information the app may process
- Receipt images and OCR results the user captures, scans, or selects
- Merchant, item, quantity, amount, tax, participant, settlement, ledger, and note data
- Counterparty, product, quote, order, invoice, payment, process, inventory, attachment, and evidence data the user enters or imports
- Privacy-minimized diagnostics the user chooses to export
- Product display information and verified purchase entitlements supplied by Apple StoreKit
3. Local storage and protection
Supported records are stored in the app's protected storage and protected with Apple CryptoKit, Security and Keychain, and device Data Protection. Core local work is designed to remain available without internet access, CloudKit, or AI.
4. Optional iCloud and CloudKit
If an eligible version provides sync and the user enables it, structured records and approved attachments may be processed in the user's private Apple CloudKit database. ERPIGEON does not use an operator-owned server as the source of truth for this sync. Changes may remain on the device while offline and synchronize later. Apple-managed backups may include app data according to the user's iOS backup settings.
5. Optional Outlook connection
If the feature is available and the user connects Outlook, the app requests only delegated Microsoft Graph Mail.Read, which reads the signed-in user's mail. It does not request permission to send, reply, move, delete, categorize, or change read state.
Candidate message subject, addresses, and body are processed in memory. When the user approves evidence registration, the app may store a locator, verification fingerprint/hash, extracted proposal, review note, work linkage, and only attachments the user selected in protected local storage. Disconnecting clears device connection state and uncommitted candidates but preserves already approved audit history. Direct Gmail connection remains unavailable until released in a verified app version.
6. Permissions
Camera and photo selection support receipt input; Face ID or device authentication unlocks protected material; Calendar access displays user-selected holidays, closures, and work events read-only; Notifications provide deadlines only when enabled. ERPIGEON does not add, edit, or delete calendar events. Permissions can be changed in iOS Settings.
7. Purchases and third parties
Apple processes App Store purchases, billing, refunds, and restoration. ERPIGEON does not receive Apple Account passwords or full payment-card details. Microsoft processes sign-in and token caching if the user connects Outlook. Those providers process data under their own policies.
8. Website
This site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. It has no advertising or analytics scripts, tracking cookies, or server-submitted contact form. Cloudflare may temporarily process technical delivery and security logs such as IP address, request time, and browser information. Email links open the visitor's chosen mail app.
9. Retention, export, and deletion
Local records may remain until the user deletes them in the app or removes the app. Outlook can be disconnected separately. CloudKit data is managed through the app's available sync and deletion controls and the user's Apple account state.
Issued business documents and audit records may use correction, cancellation, archive, and restore history instead of silent overwrite or deletion. The app should explain a restriction when legal or accounting retention applies. Copies exported to Files, email, or another app must be deleted at that destination.
